Storage Facility
- Yarra Holiday Park provides an open yard storage area for caravans and recreational vehicles. Storage is offered on a weekly or monthly basis subject to availability. The storage area is monitored by CCTV; however, this monitoring is provided for general site security purposes only.
Fees
Current storage rates are:
Weekly Storage: $35 per week
Monthly Storage: $150 per month
Site Move Fee: $30 per movement
For storage periods greater than 6 months, the site move fee may be waived.
Security & Owner Responsibility
Yarra Holiday Park recommends that all caravans and vehicles stored on the property be fitted with a hitch lock, wheel clamp, or similar locking mechanism.
Owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly secured.
Where a caravan does not have a suitable lock fitted, Yarra Holiday Park may offer to fit a wheel clamp for a fee of $125.
Insurance & Liability
Caravans, campervans, motorhomes, trailers and any associated equipment are stored entirely at the owner’s risk.
Yarra Holiday Park does not insure stored vehicles and accepts no responsibility or liability for:
Theft
Damage
Loss
Vandalism
Weather events
Fire
Acts of third parties
Owners are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for the vehicle and its contents.
Access to Vehicles
Access to stored vehicles must be arranged with park management.
Yarra Holiday Park may move vehicles within the storage area if required for operational or safety reasons.
Termination of Storage
Yarra Holiday Park reserves the right to terminate storage arrangements where:
Storage fees remain unpaid
The owner breaches these terms
The vehicle presents a safety risk
The storage area is required for operational reasons
Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
